It covers various aspects such as investigating organic compliance under different certifiers, selecting suitable ingredients, preparing organic certification dossiers, evaluating ingredient suitability, and formulating safe and effective organic personal care products while ensuring compliance with organic principles.

- Modifying existing formulations to meet organic standards.
- Gathering necessary documentation for organic submissions.
- Ensuring compliance with standards such as AS6000, ACO, NASAA, OFC, Soil Association of UK, NaTrue, Ecocert, Cosmos, USDA, and BDIH.
- Developing organic products with commercially appealing aesthetics, shelf life, and performance characteristics
